Corporate gifting runs fail for three reasons: the pieces do not match each other, they do not arrive on the date, or the invoice is a mess. Everything below is written to remove those three risks.

We print every piece ourselves at VR1 Prints in Kowkoor, Secunderabad. Nothing is outsourced, which means a 200 unit run comes off the same machines, in the same material, by the same hands.

Per-unit pricing, published

Most corporate orders come down to keychains, because they are the piece that scales. Our pricing is a fixed ladder, not a negotiation:

For a 10 to 500 unit order, that table is your quote. Send us the number and we will confirm it in writing.

Lead times, honestly

Standard pieces run 2 to 4 days. Larger runs take longer, and the honest constraint is not the printing itself, it is machine hours: one printer can only produce so much in a day.

Send us the quantity and the date you need it. We will tell you whether the date is achievable. On large runs we will also tell you the point at which the timeline genuinely becomes the problem, so you can make that call rather than us guessing for you.

Ordering 500 pieces for next week is not something we will pretend is possible.

What to send us for a firm quote

Three things:

The quantity, as an exact number
The date you need them delivered or collected
The names or text you want on the pieces

With those three we can confirm the per-unit price, the completion date, and whether the date is realistic. Without them we can only give you a range, and a range is not a budget.

Consistency across a large run

This is where a single local printer beats a marketplace. Every piece comes off the same machines with the same filament batch and the same settings. You do not get 500 keychains in four slightly different shades because four different suppliers each did a portion.

Invoicing

Every order can produce a printable invoice with a consecutive serial number. If your finance team needs a specific billing name or a purchase order reference on the invoice, tell us before we issue it, because we do not renumber invoices after the fact.

Delivery and pickup

Local courier within Hyderabad is ₹150, and free on orders above ₹2,000. If your timeline is tight, free pickup from Kowkoor removes the courier from your critical path entirely. We are open every day, 8 AM to 10 PM.
