Shipping Policy

1. Production Lead Times

All prints are made-to-order. Production begins once your file design is approved and payment is confirmed.

• Standard Catalog & Single Custom Orders: Typically printed and ready to ship within 3–5 business days.
• Volume B2B / D2D Batches: Typically dispatch within 5–10 business days. Larger production queues will receive dedicated timelines during quoting.

2. Shipping Costs & Methods

We ship nationwide from our Secunderabad studio. Your options include:

• Flat Rate India Shipping: ₹150 flat shipping fee applies to orders under ₹2,000.
• Free India Shipping: Automatically applied to all catalog orders of ₹2,000 or above.
• Local Studio Pickup (Hyderabad): Free collection directly from our Kowkoor studio (Kowkoor Main Rd, opposite Sahasra Pooja Store, Kowkoor, Secunderabad, Telangana 500010) once notified that the print is ready.

3. Delivery Estimates

Once dispatched, standard delivery within Hyderabad takes 1–2 business days. Delivery to other major cities across India takes approximately 3–7 business days depending on courier logistics. Tracking links are emailed immediately upon shipment.

4. Transit Damage & Support

We package every 3D model with shock-resistant wrap. However, if your print arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with packaging photos and damage details.
