Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: September 18, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using VR1 Prints, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. Any participation in this service will constitute acceptance of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Custom 3D Printing Services

VR1 Prints provides custom manufacturing based on 3D models. We print parts "as is" based on the digital geometry provided or approved by the client. We do not guarantee structural integrity for end-use applications unless specifically engineering services are contracted.

Minor surface artifacts, such as layer lines, z-seams, and slight stringing are inherent to FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling) technology and do not constitute a defect or failure of service.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

By submitting a 3D model for printing, you warrant that you possess the necessary intellectual property rights or licenses to manufacture the object. VR1 Prints assumes no liability for copyright or trademark infringement resulting from printing a client-submitted file. We reserve the right to refuse to print any model that we believe infringes on third-party intellectual property or violates any laws (e.g., weapons, illegal modifications).

4. Pricing and Quotes

All automated or estimated quotes are subject to final review. We reserve the right to adjust quotes if the digital file requires extensive manual repair, dense support structures, or specialized materials. Clients will always be notified of price changes before production begins.

Pre-designed catalog prices are final as displayed at checkout in INR (₹).

5. B2B & D2D Commercial Terms

Direct-to-Distribution (D2D) contracts, wholesale batch orders, and institutional print runs are governed by the following commercial structures:

  • Minimum Order Volume: Wholesale tier rates apply starting at a minimum order quantity (MOQ) of 10 units per design.
  • Payment Milestones: Large custom runs (valued above ₹10,000) require a 30% non-refundable advance confirmation deposit. The remaining 70% balance is payable upon successful visual/dimensional QC approval before dispatch.
  • CAD Confidentiality & Storage: Submitting designs for commercial runs grants VR1 Prints a temporary manufacturing license. We will never distribute, resell, or showcase your proprietary models without written permission. Files are deleted on request, and we do not keep them beyond what your order and any reprint need.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including but not limited to the Indian Contract Act, 1872 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

Any legal proceedings arising from transactions with VR1 Prints shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts at Secunderabad, Telangana.

In the event of any dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through mutual negotiation in good faith. If the dispute remains unresolved within 30 days, it shall be referred to binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration shall be conducted in Hyderabad, Telangana, in English, by a sole arbitrator mutually agreed upon by both parties.
