• Usage Data: Pages visited, time spent, referring URLs, and interaction patterns via Google Analytics.
• Device Data: Browser type, operating system, device type, IP address, and screen resolution.

2. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for their marketing purposes.

5. Protection & Deletion of Client Digital Assets

We understand that digital 3D designs can represent valuable intellectual property, functional prototyping secrets, or proprietary parts.

• License Limits: Uploading files grants us a temporary license to manufacture the physical items for your order. We never distribute, sell, reuse, or display your custom models without your explicit written approval.
• Data Retention, Digital Assets: Files are stored securely during active quoting and printing. To safeguard your intellectual property, we delete your uploaded files on request, and we do not keep them longer than your order needs. You may also request immediate file scrubbing by contacting us.

6. Data Retention

• Order Data: Retained for 3 years from the date of last transaction for legal and accounting purposes.
• 3D Print Files: Kept while your order and any reprint are active. Ask us at any time at hello@vr1prints.com and we will delete them.
• Analytics Data: Google Analytics data is retained per Google's default retention period (26 months).
• Contact Inquiries: Kept while we handle your enquiry, and deleted on request.

7. Your Rights Under the DPDP Act, 2023

As an Indian data principal, you have the following rights:

• Right to Access: Request a summary of your personal data we hold and the processing activities.
• Right to Correction & Erasure: Request correction of inaccurate data or deletion of your data.
• Right to Withdraw Consent: Withdraw your consent for data processing at any time. Contact us to do so.
• Right to Grievance Redressal: File a complaint with our Grievance Officer (Section 8).
• Right to Nominate: Nominate an individual to exercise your rights in the event of death or incapacity.

In the event of a personal data breach, we will notify affected users and the Data Protection Board of India as required under the DPDP Act, 2023, within the prescribed timeframe.

Our services are not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact our Grievance Officer.

All payment transactions are handled through secure, PCI-compliant third-party gateways (Razorpay). VR1 Prints does not store or process sensitive credit card numbers or banking passwords on our own servers.
