Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Personalised keychains, monogram stands, lithophane photo lamps, name plates, and any print made to your design or dimensions are made specifically for you. Once production has begun, these items are non-returnable and non-refundable, because they cannot be resold.

If your custom item arrives damaged or with a genuine manufacturing defect, we will reprint it for you free of charge, or refund you in full. Your choice.

2. Ready-Made Catalog Items

Items bought from our ready-made shop have a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. Returns and refunds are accepted only if the item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered. We do not accept change-of-mind returns.

3. Damaged or Defective Items: How to Claim

To claim a damage or defect, please send us an unboxing video within 48 hours of delivery. The video should show the parcel with its seal intact, then the package being opened and the item's condition. Email it to hello@vr1prints.com.

This lets us confirm the item was damaged in transit rather than after use, and process your reprint or refund quickly.

4. Refund Process

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

5. Cancelling an Order

You can cancel an order at any point before we start making it. Your order confirmation and any message from us will tell you which stage your order is at.

• Before production starts: cancel any time and we will refund you in full, including any delivery charge you paid.
• After production has started, but before it is shipped: custom and personalised items cannot be cancelled, because the piece is being made specifically for you and cannot be resold. Ready-made catalogue items can still be cancelled at this stage for a full refund.
• After it has been shipped: an order cannot be cancelled. Please use the return terms in section 2 instead.
• If we cannot complete your order: we will tell you and refund you in full.

Cancellation refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

6. A Note on 3D Printed Surfaces

FDM 3D printing builds parts layer by layer. Visible layer lines, small seams, and slight texture variations are normal features of FDM prints and are not considered defects. If a part fails the functional tolerances or strength agreed during quoting, that is a genuine defect and is covered above.
