Q:What materials do you print with?
PLA (plant-based, great for most things), PLA+ (stronger, more detailed), PLA Pro (tough, impact-resistant), and PETG (heat-resistant, UV-resistant, good for outdoor use). Each material has different strengths, we'll help you pick the right one. Need something special like Silk PLA? We can source it on request. We don't currently offer ABS, Nylon, Polycarbonate, TPU, or Resin/SLA. We primarily print FDM; if your project needs a different technology, we'll tell you honestly.
Q:What materials are best for my print?
PLA is our everyday material, plant-based with a matte finish, great for gifts and decor. PLA+ is stronger with better layer adhesion, good for functional parts and detailed prints. PLA Pro adds toughness for engineering-style prototypes. PETG is heat and UV resistant, the pick for outdoor or warm-environment parts. Silk PLA and other specialty filaments can be sourced on request, usually 2 to 3 working days extra.
Q:What's the largest size you can print?
Our print volume is 256 × 256 × 256 mm. Need something larger? We can split your model into multiple parts and assemble them after printing. Message us on WhatsApp with your design and we'll figure out the best approach.
Q:How long does a custom order take?
Standard prints: 2-4 working days. Hand-painted custom busts: 5-8 days. Other metro cities (Bangalore, Chennai, Mumbai, Delhi): 4-7 days. Complex designs or large batches take longer, usually 5-10 days for bulk orders. We'll give you a real timeline, not a guess.
Q:How much does it cost?
Simple prints start at ₹159. Custom name keychains start at ₹199. Hand-painted photo busts start at ₹3,499. The final price depends on size, complexity, material, and finishing time. We'll quote you upfront, no surprises.
Q:What file formats do you accept?
STL, OBJ, 3MF, and STEP. If you have something else (CAD files, STP, etc.), send it over and we'll see what we can do.
Q:Do you ship across India?
Yes. We use DTDC, Delhivery, and India Post. Hyderabad gets next-day or 2-day delivery in most cases. Rest of India takes 3-7 days depending on location.
Q:Can I pick up from your studio?
Yes! We're in Kowkoor, Secunderabad. We'll text you when your print is ready, just come by and pick it up. No shipping fees.
Q:What payment methods do you accept?
UPI (GPay, PhonePe), bank transfer, and card payments. Pay online or at pickup.
Q:Are the layer lines on my print normal?
Yes. FDM printing builds objects layer by layer, so you'll see tiny horizontal lines on the surface. We tune our machines to make them as fine as possible (0.12mm layers on high-quality prints), but they're a natural part of the process. Some people actually like the texture.
Q:Can you design something from scratch for me?
Yes. If you don't have a 3D file, just describe what you want, send reference images, sketches, or even just an idea. We'll model it for you and quote the design time separately.
Q:What if my print comes out wrong?
We check every print before it ships. If we messed up, bad adhesion, layer shift, or any defect, we reprint at no cost. Simple.
